The cost of herbal formulas are not included in any of the consultation fees listed below. The recommended formulas listed on your protocol are optional but are suggested in order to speed up the detoxification process.
A returned completed health questionnaire is required and optional eye photos with any additional information needed. This needs to be emailed to eyerisetohealth@hotmail.com prior to your consultation appointment.
