Old symptoms that were previously suppressed by medications or old injury's that never truly healed will usually return and need to be released out of the body properly this time. All that was suppressed in the past, emotions, mentally and physically, you have to feel it to heal it. The only way out is through. Let yourself feel, let yourself heal!
